Please allow up to 48 hours for orders to be processed and shipped.

Free Shipping Policy:

The free shipping offer applies to orders over $99 to the lower 48 states and to military addresses. Packages shipped by free shipping will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage OR UPS Ground Saver. For expedited shipping you will have to select the shipping method you would like, and pay the amount shown at checkout. 

Oversized items such as large luggage pieces do not qualify for free shipping and will be assessed a flat ground shipping rate. We DO NOT ship bicycles, all bikes are In-Store Pick-Up only.

All shipped items are issued tracking information and insurance. 

For our friends in Alaska and Hawaii, we offer 50% off on shipping on orders over $99.

Note: If orders delivered with free shipping are returned, the refund amount will be less the normal shipping rate.
